• Uploaded files: PDF documents you upload for processing. These are stored temporarily and used solely to provide the service.
• Usage data: Basic usage metrics such as the number of documents processed.
• Payment information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the WetSign service
• To process your PDF documents as requested
• To manage your account and subscription
• To communicate with you about your account or the service

3. File Handling

Your uploaded PDF files are processed on our servers and stored in secure cloud storage. Processed files are available for download and are retained for a reasonable period to allow you to access them. We do not read, analyze, or share the content of your documents beyond what is necessary to provide the processing service.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Stripe: For payment processing
• Supabase: For authentication and data storage

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your uploaded and processed files will be permanently removed.
